Hi, I'm Tylar. Extension specialist, salon owner, educator, and the person who's going to make you fall back in love with your hair.

Her Story

Raised in a salon. Built for this.

I grew up in Littleton, Colorado, in the salon my mother owned. Hair wasn't a career I chose so much as the one I was raised in. After graduating in 2006, I went straight behind the chair and never looked back.

In 2014, love brought me to South Georgia. My husband is a retired Airman turned small business owner, and together we've built a life of full careers, happy kids, and deep roots in this community. I'm a city girl with a small town heart, and somewhere along the way, southern hairstylist became exactly who I'm meant to be.

Always learning. Never settling.

I don't believe in staying stagnant, in life or in hair. That's why I'm constantly investing in advanced extension certifications, the latest blonding techniques, and the business education it takes to do this at the highest level. It's also why I opened Wild Roots Hair Lounge + Boutique, South Georgia's education based luxury salon, where stylists grow and guests get the best of what this industry offers.

My favorite part of this work is watching a woman look in the mirror and recognize her most confident, authentic self. Beautiful hair is the result. Empowerment is the point.
